Additional fees charged by the bank (for example, for international payments) may be deducted from the amount payable to the user before payment of the fee, or charged separately to the user.
Payment refund, correction, and dispute
The user must submit any complaint regarding a payment incorrectly credited to the customer funds account (for example, due to an incorrect invoice) in writing to the Service Provider’s customer service in accordance with the Terms of Service, within 30 days of becoming aware of the error or when they should reasonably have become aware of it.
If, at the time the complaint is submitted, the user has already withdrawn the funds paid into the customer funds account, a refund or correction can only be made to the extent that it is technically, legally, and practically possible. In such cases, the Service Provider is entitled to charge the fees specified in the price list for investigating and processing the matter.

For refunds or corrections made after the complaint period, we charge, in addition to the hourly rate, 50% of the service fees associated with the invoice being refunded.
