UKKO Financing service fee of 5 % is charged based on the invoiced amount including VAT. A fee is charged for invoice creation when the service provider prepares an invoice based on a specific request submitted by the user.

Additional fees charged by the bank (e.g., for international payments) may be deducted from the amount to be paid to the user before salary payment, or invoiced to the user separately.

Salary refund, correction, and complaint

The user must submit a written complaint to the service provider’s customer support regarding an incorrectly paid salary (e.g., based on an incorrect invoice) in accordance with the Terms of Use within 30 days of when the error was discovered or should have been discovered.
